Born in Hong Kong, Ithaca, NY-based, Started photography since 2009.

It all started with a 'bokehlicious' image of a candle that my friend took.. and from there I learnt how a camera works and how light can be manipulated in different ways. Love the moments of silence when taking landscape photographs, and contemplating in nature. To me, photography is a way of appreciating whatever the nature has in store for us at a specific time of a day, which I learnt in a tough way during a winter trip to Iceland back in 2016.

Outside of photography, I'm currently a graduate student at Cornell University, from where I've also found a great deal of photography opportunities around the Finger Lakes region.
